Clinical Coordinator

Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Clinical Coordinator leads the pharmacy staff in performing clinical services and will coordinate all clinical activities according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will organize and present educational programs, recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy, and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. This position also has responsibility for drug education for staff, including nurses, physicians and 10:12 medical residents, and for assisting the DOP with P and T committee issues and meetings.
Required Qualifications:
:PharmD Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
:CA licensure in good standing
:2 years full:time experience as a Pharmacist with clinical responsibilities in an acute care setting
:Prefer completion of an ASHP Clinical Residency.
