Sundance Staffing & Search is recruiting for several positions: §        Safety Manager-will oversee safety training, risk management, security, loss control for an agriculture operation.  This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience.  Strong State & Federal labor law & regulation knowledge a must.  Bilingual a must (English/Spanish).  Because this position is in the agriculture industry you must be willing to relocate each Season (Salinas/Yuma).§        Human Resources Generalist-this position is available immediately.  Our client is looking for someone who can ‘hit the road running.’  We are recruiting someone with at least 3 years of experience in the field of HR.  As the Generalist you will be responsible for an array of functions recruiting to retention, training to employee relations, performance evaluations, benefits, training to safety.  Bilingual is a must-English/Spanish, requires strong communication skills and strong computer experience.  §        Quality Assurance Manager-our client is in the food processing industry.  We are looking for someone with a strong background in the industry, preferably someone with formal training in the food sciences or relevant field.  As the Manager you will give direction to the QA team including the sanitizing crew.  Knowledge of HAACP & GMP is a must.  Strong communication skills both verbal and written.  Bilingual a must-English/Spanish.  Relocation to Yuma for winter season is also required.§        Bookkeeper-We are recruiting a General Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant for our client.  This position will require the individual to handle the bulk of A/P and will acquire payroll.  General accounting principles will be applied.  Experience processing BOTH hourly and piece-rate payroll is helpful.  Experience working with FAMOUS is also a plus.  §        Production Supervisors-Responsible for the packaging of goods being delivered to customers.  There are 3 positions available with our client.  Positions are available immediately.  Experience ein the produce industry is essential.  HAACP & GMP, cost controls, employee management, packing lines and equipment, Bilingual a must-English/Spanish.   Call Sundance Staffing & Search today 831-770-0700.
